Margareta Ruysschaert (she/her) is a photographer, curator and print-maker. Margareta holds a BA in Political Science and Geography from Trinity College Dublin and a continuing education degree in Photography and Digital Imaging from the National College of Art and Design in Ireland. She is currently  pursuing an MA in Art and Public Policy at NYU.

Her academic and artistic work revolves around diaspora, the formation of identity in relation to place, and the performance of gender. Collaboration always lies at the core of Margareta’s practice, whether it be in her portrait photography, her exhibition curation or her cyanotype printing.
